REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

Customer have the right to return your purchase within 30 days from the date you received the goods, without giving any reason.
Return Procedure
To initiate a return, the Customer must first contact us at info@milehold.com to receive return authorization and a return label.
This ensures proper handling and tracking of the return.
Packages sent back without prior notification or identification may be delayed or rejected.
Returns are accepted only for unused products in original packaging, including all accessories.
The return shipment must be sent within 30 days of the delivery date.
Refund Conditions
Refunds cover the product value only.
Shipping and return costs are deducted from the refund.
Processing time: up to 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned goods.
Return shipping costs:
EU-zone : €40.00
Rest of the world : €55.00
The Customer is responsible for ensuring that the package reaches us safely and must provide a valid tracking number.
Untracked or lost parcels cannot be refunded.
Exclusions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Products that have been unsealed, installed, modified, or used.
Electronic control modules or components that have been connected to a vehicle or system.
Products damaged by improper handling or installation.
Custom-made or special-order items produced to customer specifications.
For partially used or tested products, a partial refund of up to 60% may be granted after inspection, depending on condition and resale potential.
Refused Deliveries
If a customer refuses delivery, or fails to pay import duties or taxes causing the parcel to return, the Seller reserves the right to deduct both outbound and return shipping costs from the refund.
