DELIVERY AND AVAILABILITY OF GOODS

Delivery is carried out after full payment has been received.
The Seller ships worldwide (EU and non-EU countries) using DHL as the primary delivery service.
Delivery within the European Union usually takes 3 to 14 days.
For non-EU countries, delivery times depend on the carrier’s logistics and customs processing at the time of the order.
Delivery times and country restrictions are specified on the website or during checkout. Delivery is not carried out to countries, regions, or territories subject to EU, U.S., or United Nations trade or shipping sanctions.
If a product becomes unavailable due to supplier issues beyond the Seller’s control, the Seller will inform the Customer promptly and offer a refund or an alternative item.
If delivery fails after three attempts due to the Customer’s fault (e.g. incorrect address, unclaimed package), the Seller reserves the right to withdraw from the contract. Paid amounts will be refunded minus incurred delivery costs.
